Prof. David Wilkins and the Center on the Legal Profession are pleased to welcome CNN legal analyst and Founding and Managing Partner of Martin & Martin, LLP, Areva Martin, to campus for the launch of her exciting new book, Make It Rain!: How to Use the Media to Revolutionize Your Business & Brand

In this book, Areva tells her personal career story that led her from Harvard Law School to become a trial lawyer, an expert legal analyst, media personality and founder of her own law firm and explains how her journey can serve as a roadmap for others to use the media to define and elevate their own career impact. The book and her story are perfect for students and professionals looking to use their degrees in nontraditional ways and those who want to learn how to build a brand, find their voice, and amplify it.

Areva Martin is currently a legal analyst with CNN, a recurring cohost on the daytime talk show, The Doctors, and a regular on a host of other shows from Good Morning America to World News Tonight. She is also the Founding and Managing Partner of Martin & Martin, LLP as well as a vocal advocate for children and women’s rights issues and autism awareness.
