Sarah Oh

Sarah S. Oh is an LL.M. student at Harvard Law School and a student fellow at the HLS Center on the Legal Profession. Prior to joining HLS, she worked as a lawyer in Sydney, Australia, after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Sydney. She served as a student editor at the Sydney Law Review and has published in peer-reviewed law journals, including the Company and Securities Law Journal and the Alternative Law Journal, with a focus on corporate law and access to legal services. While her primary research interest is within corporate and commercial law, she is also passionate about exploring how the legal profession shapes and responds to evolving changes. As a fellow at the Center on the Legal Profession, Sarah aims to expand on her prior research by examining how legal education supports the profession’s role in advancing access to justice.
