David B. Wilkins joins Leadership Council for Legal Diversity (LCLD) summit

David B. Wilkins, CLP faculty director, joined the Leadership Council for Leadership Diversity (LCLD) to launch the Institute for the Modern Inclusive Leader. The event, led by LCLD board chair and Chief Legal and Business Affairs Officer of One Trust Kim Rivera, gathered 40 LCLD members for “an intensive, two-day summit on the art of inclusive leadership during times of disruption.” “Clients today need lawyers who can provide more than technical legal services … They are looking for judgment, which is shaped by a diversity of life experiences. And if you and your team all think the same, you’re in deep trouble,” Wilkins told the participants.
