Heidi Gardner on Innovation

Dr. Heidi Gardner, CLP distinguished fellow, was featured in an article in American Lawyer about examples of real world innovation in the legal profession. In the piece, she says: “‘In my work, I see that partners and associates are no longer asking why there is a need to collaborate. They are asking how. How do we do this better, more frequently, more consistently, and how do we take some of the hard steps to make sure this is part of our culture?’”
