Advancing the Role of Regional Courts for Regional Integration in Africa: A Study of the East African Court of Justice and the Ecowas Court of Justice

The Roundtable was an opportunity to convene a small group of experts to discuss issues at the interface of access to justice and development in Sub-Saharan Africa. Dr. Ordor presented her research discussing the question of access to regional courts in Africa and implications for economic development, focusing especially on theoretical frameworks for analyzing the efficacy of legal institutions in the African context.
The Presentation was followed by a moderated Question and Answer session led by the Harvard African Law Students Association (HALA).
